For rental orders, we offer free sizing exchanges. Report sizing issues within 48 hours of delivery for a free replacement.

For purchase orders, we offer a 30-day return window on all unused, unaltered items in their original packaging. Please contact customer service to initiate a return.

Shipped Rentals: arrive 10-14 days before the event with free shipping. Need it sooner? Express shipping options are available at checkout.

In-Store Pickup Rentals: Ready for pickup within 7 days of your event. You'll be notified when your order is ready for pick up.

Purchase orders ship within 1-3 business days.

For rental orders, fill out the Exchange Form and we’ll send you a new size for free. 

For purchase orders, contact us to start a return.

3 days after your event

If you need to keep your rental longer, you can extend your rental for $25/week by contacting us.

1. Pack up all items into one box.

2. Attach your pre-paid return label to the outside of your box, covering the original label.

3. Drop it off at UPS.

Where do I find my return label? Your return label was included in your original box, with your rental items. If you lost your return label, contact us for a new one.
